F.A.Q.

  • Based on the date of the wedding we do carry in store stock of dresses for immediate purchase. If your wedding is 6-9 months out we encourage you to book an appointment to select your made to order gown. No Appointment is needed for Tux, Prom, or Homecoming shopping.

  • 50% is due at the time of purchase and the remaining balance is due when your dress is picked up.

  • Based on the time of season anywhere from 12-26 weeks. January-Feburary production may be slower. If your gown needs alterations add one month.

  • Yes, we have a seamstress who we are contracted that we refer all of our customers to. Once the final payment of the gown and or tux has been paid we will give the contact information for you to make your alterations appointment. She is an independent contractor. We are not responsible for her work.

  • We carry samples that range in sizes 00-24.

  • We kindly ask our brides to give us 24 hours notice when making a cancellation. Otherwise, a $50 fee will be charged

  • Our bridal shop is not designed with children in mind, we recommend your dress shopping day be an “adults only” occasion.

  • Depending on your bridal experience you may bring 4-5 guests with you, if there are additional guests there will be a flat $25 fee. See our N.Y.C. Bridal Experience for even more guest options.
